Week of January 13, 2019

Dear Students and Parents,

I am so proud of the entire middle school for such amazing STEM Pollution interdisciplinary projects and presentations.  The students worked very hard to create their presentations, design in Tinkercad, and 3D print their devices and were so excited to share their findings on Friday.
This week we have an opportunity to narrow down our finalists for the Spelling Bee and reach a winner.  All of the students did such an amazing job on Thursday and look forward to supporting our winner in the Howard County Spelling Bee in March.  We are getting close to Catholic Schools Week and the admin team is excited to share all of the fun events we have planned for both faculty and students in celebration of our Catholic education!  Stay tuned for more details as #CSW2019 approaches.

Week of January 6, 2019

Dear Students and Parents,

As the season of Christmas comes to a close may we remember to always rejoice in the Lord and bring others close to us the way Jesus teaches us.  This week brings many exciting opportunities for the students to share their talents with the Saint Augustine Catholic School team.  We invite all parents to join us for our school-wide Spelling Bee on January 10th (9:45 am arrival).  The middle school students are also preparing a song for a local competition on Wednesday morning.  Permission slips went home earlier last week.
I look forward to the collaboration and excitement for what lies ahead this week.  Please check out the individual blog pages above to see what the students are currently learning in Science and Algebra.
